Hi, I’m Shane Hurley , owner of FLXR Coaching and co-host of The Peak Collective podcast. I’ve been passionate about strength, CrossFit, and performance training for years, after playing a professional standard of Rugby League. I love helping people push past their limits safely and effectively.
